气体离心分离分子式:CAS号:性质:同位素分离方法之一。分离单元是高速气体离心机。转子中的气体随转子一起旋转,形成比地球引力大数十万倍的离心力场。在转子径向形成极大的压强梯度。由于压力扩散轻组分在中心部分得到富集,重组分在侧壁得到富集。在内部轴向逆流作用下使径向的分离效应得到倍增,并从转子的一端取出轻馏分,从另一端取出重馏分。离心机的分离能力与其转速的四次方和转子长度成正比。故选用质轻强度高的材料来做转子,如碳纤维复合材料使转子圆周线速度达到800m/s左右。转子长度受机械运行稳定性限制,目前有两类:一类是转子较长的超临界离心机,另一类是较短的亚临界离心机。它的分离效应仅取决于两种组分的分子量之差而与混合物的分子量无关。它适合分离分子量大的同位素混合物,它被首选来分离铀同位素,现也用来分离其他稳定同位素。
