隔声隔声soundinsulation在噪声源和接收者之间设置墙、板、罩、屏等构件,阻隔噪声通过空气传播,从而降低噪声的措施。当声波从一侧入射到构件上,入射声能Ei的一部分Et会透过构件传到另一侧空间。τ=Et/Ei称为透射系数;R=10lg(1/τ)称为构件的隔声量,单位是分贝(dB)。构件的隔声量与入射声波的频率和入射方式(正入射、斜入射、扩散入射等)有关。一个构件对不同频率声波的隔声量可绘制成隔声频率特性曲线。通常在扩散入射方式下,以构件对中心频率从100~4000赫兹(Hz)的1/3倍频带窄带噪声的隔声量来表示构件的隔声性能。用一定的计权方式对各频带隔声量作数据处理可得到构件隔声性能的单一表示值。常用的有:各频带隔声量的算术平均值(平均隔声量);以标准的隔声评价曲线按一定规则推求出的空气声隔声指数Ia、计权隔声量Rw、隔声等级STC等。构件的隔声性能与构件的材料性能(单位面积质量、抗弯刚度、内损耗因素等)和构造方式(单层、双层、层间分隔和连接、阻尼和吸声材料使用、边界和支撑条件、缝隙处理等)有关。匀质、密实单层墙在不考虑刚度和阻尼损耗时,其隔声性能可用“质量定律”描述:墙的单位面积质量每增加1倍,隔声量增加6dB;入射声波频率每增加1倍,隔声量增加6dB。因此,墙越厚重,隔声越好。考虑墙板弯曲刚度时,墙板在斜入射声波策动下受迫弯曲,当受迫弯曲波波速等于板固有的自由弯曲波波速时,会发生所谓的吻合效应。能够发生吻合效应的下限频率fc称为吻合临界频率,墙板的隔声频率曲线在fc处会有一个隔声量大幅度下降的低谷。fc同板的厚度、材料的密度和弹性模量等有关。噪声对人影响的频率范围为100~3150Hz,应尽量避免在此范围发生吻合效应。通常可用硬而厚的板降低临界频率,或用软而薄的板提高临界频率。隔声屏在工厂内的应用(中国浙江萧山发电设备厂)以空气层间隔的两个单层墙板组成双层墙,其隔声量会比同样重量的单层墙提高;在空气隔层中填充吸声材料会进一步提高隔声量;两层墙板之间的刚性连接“声桥”会降低双层墙的隔声量。对金属板材涂覆阻尼层、在墙板和支撑龙骨间设置弹性垫层、严密堵塞缝隙等措施都能提高构件的隔声量。当隔声构件由隔声量不同的两个或多个部件组合而成时,其隔声量R可由平均透射系数求得:式中Si和τi为第i个部件的面积和相应的透射系数。用隔声构件围合、分隔可设计成隔声间、隔声罩、隔声屏等隔声设施,用于降低噪声污染。对建筑构件,如隔墙、楼板、门窗等制定有隔声标准,保证居住者免受噪声干扰。
