注塑机是注塑成型的主设备注塑机是注塑成型的主设备，注塑机的技术参和性能与塑料性质和注塑成型工艺有着密切的关系。注塑成型设备的进一步完善和发展必将推动注塑成型技术的进步，为注塑制品的开发和应用创造条件。随着塑料和成型工艺的发展，注塑机无论从产量还是品种上都有很大增长。从世界塑料机械主要生产国美、德、日、意来看，注塑机产量在逐年增长，并在整个塑料机械中占有很大比重。新型工和塑料的发展和应用对注塑成型机械和设备提出更高的要求，使之向品种多、规格全、高效、高速、高精度、低能耗和低噪音方向发展，大型塑机又重新崛起。从注塑机生产的几个发达国家来看，70年代中期生产销模力在600吨以上的注塑机中4%，千吨以上的中2%。但到70年代末期，由于工程塑料发展特别是结构泡沫塑料等在汽车、机械、大型家用电器、，建筑、宇航、船舶等工业部门的广泛发和应用，使注塑机又转向大型化。美国、德国、日本、法国、意大利等都具有生产大型注塑机的能力。在大型注塑的技术发展方面，合模系统采用全液压式或液压一机械式，即曲轴連杆型式，两者在市场上均有竞争能力。但不论哪种形式的注，其发方向都必须向低能耗、低噪音、锁模力容易控制、运行平稳、安全可靠和便于维修方向发展。近年来，中小型注塑机的技术发展非常迅速，就工艺参数而言，塑化能力、注射压力等都有很大提高。有的发展成超高系列，其注射压力已451Mpa（4600kgf/cm），在这种设备上模腔压力可到98Mpa(1000kgf/cm)，使注塑制品的率几乎为零，可注塑0.1－0.2mm厚的薄件制品。90年代的注塑机正向节能、精密成型、超精密成型、低噪音和高级自动化方向发展。所谓节能是指注塑机要节省泵的动力，节约电力。精密成型是指生产制品尺寸精度的范围在0.01－0.001mm，超精密成型是在0.001－0.0001mm，低噪音是指注机能在平稳无撞击和无振动下工作，按确定论文集在距离机器1m左右的地方挥发油的噪音应低于70分贝。高级自动化是指注塑机能远距离操作或无人操作，保证制品的精度、注塑工艺条件的稳定必和再现性。另外，微处理机在注塑机上的是注塑机的自动控制方面最重要的发展。注射成型工艺对各种塑料的加工具有良好的适应性，生产能力较高，并易于实现自动化。在塑料工业迅速发展的今天，注塑机不论在数量上或品种上都占有重要地位，其生产总数占整个塑料成型设备的20%－30%，从而成为目前塑料机械中增长最快，生产数量最多的机种之一。
