尼龙1010 [-NH(CH2)10-NHCO(CH2)8CO]n- 白色或微黄色半透明均匀颗粒,半透明结晶形热塑性聚合物。密度1.058/cm3。吸水率1.5%。脆化温度-60℃。热分解温度大于350℃。易溶于苯酚、甲酚、硫酸等极性溶剂。对于烃、脂、低级醇等大部分非极性溶剂稳定。具有自润滑性、高耐磨性及良好的消音性。吸水性小,介电稳定性好。密度(g/cm3) 1.03-1.05拉伸强度 (MPa) >50断裂强度 (%) >100弯曲强度 (MPa) >70冲击强度(kJ/m2) >250熔点 (℃) 195-210 应用领域 代替金属及有色金属广泛用于机械、汽车、化工等领域,可制作各种机械零件、衬垫、管道,如齿轮、轴承保持架、轴套、汽车十字节衬套底盘、涡杆、涡轮、高压阀衬垫、油箱衬里、输油管等。亦可用作电缆保护层、医用薄膜、乳胶管、容器、滤布、筛网、毛刷、金属表面防腐涂层、耐磨涂层等。还可加入其他树脂中作改性剂。
