PBO纤维分子式:CAS号:性质:指含苯并噁唑链节的一大类纤维,简称PBO类纤维,主要品种是顺式聚对亚苯基苯并双噁唑,还有反式和聚2,5-苯并噁唑类等。强度30.8~39.6cN/dtex,模量968~2200cN/dtex,断裂伸长率2%~4%,耐热温度为630~700℃,极限氧指数54~60。制法主要是将二氨基间苯二酚与对苯二甲酸或3-氨基4-羟基苯甲酸单独在多磷酸中缩聚并直接干喷湿纺,或溶液缩聚后将聚合物溶于浓硫酸中干喷湿纺,高模量型还要进行高温热处理。用于各种复合材料增强剂,耐热毡、高档防护服、缆绳类和体育用品。
