机械阻抗机械阻抗mechanicalimpedance对于简谐振动的机械系统，其某点所受的激励（系统的外来扰动）与同一点或不同点的响应（系统受外来扰动后的反应）的复数比。简谐激振力和简谐振动响应可分别写成F0eiwt和X0ei(wt+x)，其中F0、X0分别为激振力和振动响应的振幅；ω为角频率；t为时间；a为振动响应的初相位；i＝。两者相比后得到与时间无关的量（F0／X0）eia，称为机械阻抗。机械阻抗的倒数称为机械导纳，它同传递函数可以通用，频率响应是其特殊（其实部为零、虚部为ω时）情况。机械阻抗分位移阻抗（又称动刚度）、速度阻抗和加速度阻抗（又称有效质量）等。由于系统受激励后的响应与系统本身的动态特性、激励的形式和性质有关，所以机械阻抗也能描述系统的动态特性。机械阻抗的实验方法已有专门仪器并在许多领域得到应用。例如，提高机床的动刚度，确定火箭部件的环境试验条件，判断机器运行中重要零部件的损伤程度，检验桥墩有无裂缝等都需用机械阻抗。
