化学沉积涂料分子式:CAS号:性质:其正式名称为自动沉积涂料,又称作化学沉积或酸性沉积涂料。由合成树脂乳液、金属活化剂、氟化氢、过氧化氢等氧化剂和颜料的水分散物组成,浸沉涂液为上述组成液的5%~10%的水分散体,pH值为2.5~3.5,将被涂物(铁质)浸入上述涂液中,金属铁由于酸而溶解为Fe2+,然后由于氧化剂氧化为Fe3+,Fe3+使乳胶中和成一种不稳定的状态,快速聚沉在金属表面而成膜,可通过控制浸渍时间来控制膜厚。此法的特点是所用涂料和成膜方法经济,涂装设备简单、能耗少、易操作,涂装成本低且防锈力强;几乎可完全不用有机溶剂,污染较少而有利于环保。自泳漆自20世纪70年代中工业化以来主要用于金属表面(如汽车和其他金属部件)的涂装。
