无缝钢管分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:由实心钢棒制成的、断面没有接缝的钢管。质地均匀,强度较高,因而管壁可以较薄。根据生产方法,分热轧管、冷轧管、冷拨管、旋压管、挤压管、顶管等。胺照断面形状、分圆形管和异形管两类。异形管有方形、椭圆形、三角形、六角形、星形等多种复杂形状。热轧管的品种规格为φ32×2.5~φ550(最大630)×75毫米,同一种直径的钢管常有多种壁厚规格;冷拨(冷轧)管的品种规格为φ5×0.25~φ200×14毫米。医疗和航空工业用不锈钢小直径管(毛细管)的规格为φ0.32×0.1~φ5×1毫米。用旋压法生产的不锈耐酸钢极薄壁无缝钢管,最小壁厚达0.15毫米。无缝钢管一般用于输送流体和制造各种结构零件。按使用范围分,有一般锅炉和船舶锅炉用低中压(6.85~9.8兆帕,70~100公斤力/厘米2)锅炉管和高压(19.6兆帕,200公斤力/厘米2;耐热620℃)锅炉管,油井用钢管,地质钻探用钢管,石油加工工业用裂化管,化肥工业用高压管,石耐尿素腐蚀管,轴承座圈用轴承管,化工、化纤、医疗、食品、仪表等工业用不锈耐热钢(抗酸、碱、氢高子等腐蚀)无缝管和高温合金(耐800℃高温)无缝管,机电、汽车、柴油机和军事工业各种液压缸、避震缸和炮筒等用高精度结构钢管。
