引气剂分子式:CAS号:性质:掺入混凝土中能在搅拌混凝土过程中引入大量均匀分布、稳定而封闭的微小气泡的外加剂。膏状或粉状。掺入混凝土中为水泥用量的0.1%以内,即可在混凝土中引入百分之几的含气量。主要用于改善混凝土的流动性、砂浆的工作度以及硬化混凝土的抗渗性、抗冻融循环等耐久性指标。从而增加混凝土的使用寿命,已成为各种混凝土添加剂中不可缺少的成分。如泵选剂、防冻剂、减水剂等。它的主要成分是松香皂类及松香热聚物类。松香皂类引气剂可直接皂化制得(即用纯碱或烧碱制成溶液,在不断搅拌下加入松香,加热保持沸腾状态,直至皂化物在热水中溶解成透明液体即为皂化完全)。松香热聚物是将松香加石炭酸与硫酸等经高温处理后得到。其性能与松香皂无太大差别。其他具有一定引气作用的还有烷基磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基聚氧乙烯醚等,但用量不大。
