流延成型分子式:CAS号:性质:又称带式浇铸法(band casting process)。一种薄膜坯体的成型方法。将细度不超过3μm(以小于1.2μm的居多)的瓷粉与黏结剂、增塑剂、溶剂,润湿剂和除泡剂等以适当配比混合均匀,经除气处理后的料浆送入流延机内,随着流延机传送带向前运动,料浆被刮刀刮为一条延续的表面平整的瓷浆薄层。经烘干干燥、溶剂挥发后形成具有一定柔韧性的固态薄膜,并从传送带上剥离切片或收卷。常用的黏结剂有聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。增塑剂有乙二醇、甘油,邻苯二甲酸二丁醇等。溶剂有水和乙醇等。润湿剂和消泡剂有鲱鱼油、鲸油、蓖麻油等。流延法可制得厚度为0.05mm以下的薄膜(常用激光测厚仪随机检测),表面光洁度高,便于生产连续化与自动化,生产效率高。可用于生产微型电子陶瓷元件,现已在陶瓷电容器和基板等方面获得广泛应用。
