分散式水环空调系统,是一种兼有中央空调的美观舒适和家用空调价廉易用双重优点的新型空调系统。广泛应用于各种别墅、办公楼、宾馆、写字楼等各种商业和工民用建筑,可以替代中央空调、家用空调和各种中小型商用空调机。其优越性能比照如下: 本项目――一种新型分散式水环空调系统,是在普通水环空调系统基础上发展而来的新型空调形式,采用新型的水环空调机作为末端,比传统水环空调机有了很大的发展。其新颖独特之处有三点: 1、采用一种新型的高效紧凑的换热器作为空调机的冷凝器,这种新型换热器外型为细长条型,体积很小,不占空间,非常好布置。而目前的水环空调机产品一般都是采用体积很庞大的套管换热器,极不好布置; 2、采用双系统作为主要系统形式; 3、采用排气消声技术。 以上三项技术均已申请国家发明专利。特别是第一项技术,是继壳管、套管和板式换热器之后第四种用于液相介质间换热的换热器基本形式。新型分散式水环空调系统不但继承了传统水环空调系统的所有优点,而且克服了其缺点,使其整体性能变得十分完美,其优越性能总结如下: 1、新型水环空调机噪声很低,压缩机运行时噪声比压缩机不运行时仅仅增加2dB。(距离空调机1.5米处测量,由于是在非静音室内测试,只能比较相对值); 2、新型水环空调机的体积很小,很薄。整机(含压缩机和冷凝器)体积与同制冷量的风机盘管相当(长和宽基本一样,高度略微高一点)。厚度比其他同类产品降低30%。例如,3kw左右冷量的卧式机器厚度仅28CM。立式厚度仅20CM。对于以吊顶暗装为主要安装方式的中央空调来说,机器的厚度和体积是非常重要的性能指标。 3、由于解决了噪声和机器体积厚度等问题,水环空调机不必再做成分体机模式。不但减低了成本,而且机器可以在工厂里完成全部工作,并经过严格测试再出厂,可以大大降低故障发生率,保证产品质量,降低售后服务的工作量。
