注浆成型分子式:CAS号:性质:泥浆注入具有吸水性能的模具中而获得所须形状坯体的一种成型方法。具体可分为常压注浆、压力注浆、流动注浆、真空注浆和电泳注浆等。制取注浆料制时一般要加电介质来控制其pH值,使浆料能在水分含量较低时具有足够的流动性、渗透性和稳定性,不发生聚沉,不具有触变性等。一般水分含量在30%~40%之间。常用电介质有水玻璃,柠檬酸等。为保证形状复杂的坯体的质量,尤其是大件制品的质量,多采取抽真空的办法来除去泥浆中的空气,否则坯体易产生歪曲变形,强度不高,收缩过大,以及开裂等现象而成为废品。注浆成型大都采用半水石膏模具,也有用塑料或橡胶模具的。但后者吸水率不及前者。石膏模的质量对坯体质量也有较大影响,应严格控制石膏焙烧温度及模具的含水量。
