复合板带复合板带clad plate, sheet and strip fUh6 bQndQi复合板带(elad plate,sheet and strip)用两种或多种材质和性能不同的金属经复合加工实现冶金结合而生产的板带材。只有两种金属单面复合而成的金属板带称双金属板带(见双金属带),以钢板为基层板覆有其他金属或非金属板的复合板叫复合钢板,是复合板带材中的主要品种。 由异种材料结合而成的复合板带克服了单种组元的某些缺点,发挥出不同组元各自的优点,从而显示出良好的综合性能,如高的比强度,良好的导电性、导热性、耐腐蚀性、减震性、耐磨性,以及专门赋予复合板带的某种特殊性能,例如热双金属通电受热后向一侧弯曲的性能。此外,复合板带可以节省大量贵金属,从而降低成本、节约材料。多种复合板如不锈钢一钢、铜一钢、钦一钢、钦一不锈钢、塑料一青铜一钢、铝一铜、铝一钦等复合板和减震钢板在石油化工、汽车、船舶等工业部门及航空航天、核能等高技术领域得到了广泛的应用。 复合板带是通过各种复合加工方法生产的,而普遍使用的是轧制方法。复合板带的轧制方法有热轧复合法、冷轧复合法、粉末轧制复合(见粉末冶金复合)法、异步轧制复合法、爆炸复合法(见金属攀炸加工)等。 复合板带的生产和应用有悠久的历史。公元前3000年,埃及人就开始使用双金属制作首饰和盔甲。8世纪人们认识到在极其坚硬的剑刃背面镶以延展性好并抗冲击的钢制成的剑具有优良的性能,如著名的北欧海盗剑。1860年美国首先取得热轧复合板的专利,尔后实现了工业化生产。1946年美国又开展冷轧固相复合的研究,lD年后完善了冷轧固相复合三步法工艺即表面处理、塑性变形和扩散退火,从而使金属板带室温冷轧固相复合技术得以推广,世界各国相继采用。自50年代以来,中国积极开展复合板带轧制技术的研究。1958年重庆钢铁公司用热轧法生产不锈钢复合板取得成功,1965年上海金属研究所开展冷轧固相复合技术的研究,1972年建成一条冷轧固相复合生产线。世界各国广泛采用的冷轧固相复合具有产品精度高、性能稳定、复合组元种类选择不受限制等诸多特点,但也存在固相结合所需临界变形程度大和轧制负荷高的缺点,这就是宽幅薄规格复合板轧制的一大技术难题。1986年,中国东北大学研制出梯度加热轧制复合新技术,为宽幅薄规格复合板轧制开创了新路。 (于九明李生智李隆旭)
