氮化铝颗粒增强体分子式:CAS号:性质:氮化铝具有很高的热导率(=320W/m·K),但硬度不高。将氮化铝颗粒加入到氧化铝陶瓷中,可改善陶瓷的抗热震性能。A12O3/AlN的硬度较高,这种复合材料已被用来制作切削刀具。但氮化铝的加入量体积系数不得超过30%,否则材料的硬度急剧下降。由于氮化铝与α-SiC具有相同的晶型结构与相近的晶格常数,分子量及密度,二者可形成固溶体。SiC-AlN固溶体的显微结构可以通过调节原料配比和工艺参数来加以调控,这样就可克服在单相SiC陶瓷的烧结过程中由于β向α晶型转变而导致显微结构难以控制的缺点。在同样的烧结条件下,A1N-SiC固溶体的晶粒尺寸远远小于SiC陶瓷的晶粒尺寸,从而使材料的强度提高。当固溶体的晶粒尺寸细至1μm时,材料的强度值达1000MPa。当A1N的加入量重量分数为10%时,材料的断裂韧性增加一倍,在1500℃的高温下蠕变速率比单相SiC陶瓷低。
