超敏反应超敏反应hypersensitivity异常的、过高的免疫应答。即机体与抗原性物质在一定条件下相互作用，产生致敏淋巴细胞或特异性抗体，如与再次进入的抗原结合，可导致机体生理功能紊乱和组织损害的免疫病理反应。又称变态反应。引起超敏反应的抗原性物质叫变应原。它可以是完全抗原（异种动物血清、组织细胞、微生物、寄生虫、植物花粉、兽类皮毛等），也可以是半抗原（如青霉素、磺胺、非那西汀等药物，或生漆等低分子物质）。可以是外源性的，也可以是内源性的。超敏反应的临床表现多种多样，可因变应原的性质、进入机体的途径、参与因素、发生机制和个体反应性的差异而不同。机体因自身稳定作用被破坏而出现针对自身组织成分的抗体（或细胞）介导免疫称自身免疫。又称自身变态反应。这是一个复杂的、多因素效应的自然现象。除外界影响（如药物半抗原、微生物感染）外，还与机体自身的遗传因素密切相关，特别是可能与主要组织相容性系统中的免疫应答基因和免疫抑制基因的异常有关。
