肝素化分子式:CAS号:性质:足量肝素达到全身性适度抗凝的治疗方法。主要用于诊断明确、出血症状严重、病因不能迅速控制的播散性血管内凝血(DIC),以阻止血管内血液凝固的继续发展、纤维蛋白原和其他凝血因子的消耗和继发出血或出血加重。一般采用静脉滴注肝素。使用期间需监测凝血机能,随时调整剂量。肝素的抗凝作用与抗凝血酶III(AT—III)有关,当血浆AT—III活性降低,其作用也相应下降。体外循环、急性肾功能衰竭进行血液透析时也需进行全身性肝素化,不同病情时的肝素化方案各异。
