麻疹病毒  引起麻疹急性传染病的病原体。麻疹病毒呈球状,内核为单链RNA,螺旋对称,有包膜,其上含血凝素。麻疹是小儿常见的传染病,传染性强,发病率高,并易与支气管性肺炎或脑膜炎并发,患并发症者病死率高。病毒存在于患者鼻咽部的分泌物中,主要通过咳嗽、喷嚏等飞沫经呼吸道侵入人体。患者表现发热,出现皮疹,大多数在口内颊粘膜上出现灰白色的口腔粘膜斑。如果没有并发症,就会逐渐康复。麻症病毒只有一种血清型,世界各地分离的麻疹病毒的抗原性均相同,所以患过麻疹病毒的抗原性均相同,所以患过麻疹的人,恢复后一般有终身的免疫力。在人工培养的条件下,病毒的致病性可发生变异,如将病毒在鸡胚上培养传代多次后,就会减弱对人的致病性,但仍保持免疫性。目前应用的麻疹疫苗就是通过组织培养所获得的减毒毒株制备的。预防麻疹感染的措施是接种疫苗。随着疫苗接种的推广,麻疹的发病率已明显下降,病死率也大幅度下降。
