高原肺水肿高原肺水肿 急性高原病的一种类型。在急性高原反应的基础上,当海拔达4000米以上时容易发病,其机制不清,可能由于缺氧等多种因素,使肺动脉压力急剧增加,肺循环阻力急剧增加导致肺水肿。表现为强烈的反应症状如头痛、胸闷、咳嗽、呼吸窘迫、不能平卧,咳多量血性泡沫痰,个别严重者可有少尿,甚至神志不清。综合治疗效果较好,待病情稳定后,转至较低海拔处。
