2.METHODS:Persistent focal cerebral ischemia was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO).方法:采用大脑中动脉阻塞法(MCAO)造成小鼠持续性局灶性脑缺血,于缺血后2 4h进行Bederson’s症状评分和爬板、悬挂试验,并以计算机图像分析技术测定和分析脑缺血梗死体积、脑半球面积、皮层及皮层下神经元密度;在大脑中动脉线栓手术前3d和术前1h分别腹腔注射Pranlukast 0 。
