胃肠激素胃肠激素gastrointestinalhormones胃肠道和胰组织等处的细胞释放出的生物活性物质。胃肠激素之称并不恰当,因为它们不仅存在于胃肠道,还存在于神经组织和胰腺内。它们不仅有激素作用,还有神经递质和调质作用。激素、递质和调质都可调节靶器官的活动。特别是这些激素的化学结构都是肽类物质,所以应称它们为调节肽更为合适(见表)。表:胃肠胰内分泌细胞的命名、激素名称、分布、激素的分子量和所含氨基酸数量机体内外环境的改变,可引起调节肽分泌细胞释出相应的调节肽(包括胃肠激素和脑-肠肽等),调节肽可通过5种途径对靶细胞发挥作用。①内分泌途径。内分泌细胞释放的调节肽通过血液循环到达靶细胞,它们包括胃泌素、胆囊收缩素、促胰液素、胰多肽、抑胃肽、胰岛素、胰高血糖素、胃动素、肠高血糖素、神经降压素和生长抑素等。进食或其他适宜刺激后,这些激素在血液中的浓度升高;对靶细胞的效应可用注射外源性激素来复制,但注射剂量必须相当于进食后或由生理性刺激所引起的该激素在血液中升高的水平。如果注射剂量过大,将引起许多器官发生反应。②旁分泌途径。内分泌细胞释放的激素进入细胞外液,扩散至其邻近的靶细胞以发挥作用。进食后这类激素的血浓度并不升高。旁分泌途径的激素只起局部效应。在一定情况下是一个既经济又有效的途径,因为激素不被血液稀释就能发挥作用。③神经分泌途径。神经细胞和末梢释放的调节肽以神经递质的方式作用于靶细胞,这一途径和经典的胺类神经递质一样。④神经-内分泌途径。指神经细胞所释放的调节肽,先进入血液循环,然后被血流带至靶器官或靶细胞发挥作用。⑤外分泌途径。胃肠胰内分泌细胞所释放的激素,可以进入胃肠腔或消化腺的管腔再达靶细胞,故这一途径又称为腔分泌。具有腔分泌的激素有:胃泌素、促胰液素、血管活性肠肽、胰多肽、P物质、神经降压素和胆囊收缩素等。
