肾穿刺活体组织检查肾穿刺活体组织检查kidney,biopsyof肾穿刺取少量活体组织作病理学诊断的检查方法。包括开放肾活检及经皮穿刺肾活检,目的在于明确诊断、决定治疗方案及判断预后。其适应症主要有:各种弥漫性肾实质疾患、病因不明的急性肾功能衰竭、肾移植排异反应等。下列情况应避免肾活检:严重出血倾向、高血压、萎缩小肾、孤立肾、多囊肾、肾先天畸形、肾肿瘤、肾结核、肾内或肾周围脓肿、高度腹水、年迈及病情危重者难以合作或精神病患者。常见并发症有:肾穿刺后出现血尿、肾周围血肿,轻者无需处理。并发感染、动静脉瘘、肾脏破裂及误穿其他脏器等发生率低。但严重的并发症不及时处理可致死,故应严格掌握适应症、禁忌症,正确操作,做好术后护理。
