癫痫大发作癫痫大发作major epilepsy  是最多见的发作类型,其特点是突然意识丧失,随即出现全身性强直-阵挛性抽搐。可有呼吸暂停,青紫,瞳孔散大,对光反应消失,发作持续1~5分钟,发作后意识混浊或嗜睡,经数小时后神智清醒。婴幼儿期典型的大发作较少见,常常没有先兆、咬舌、口吐白沫、尿便失禁等症状。经过药物治疗但控制不完全时,可表现为顿挫型大发作。只有暂短的意识丧失或不完全的强直期,此时要与小发作鉴别。
