1.Pressure-heat method is a new one formed by sol-gel and hydrothermal methods, which has two steps: Firstly, the pure Zr(OH)4 gel is prepared by the sol-gel system; Secondly, the dehydration mechanism of hydrothermal method is utilized to get rid of crystallization water from gel and get nano-ZrO_2 powders.本文在对近年来国内外制备ZrO_2粉体的制备方法、ZrO_2的性质和应用作了全面调研的基础上,以制备出自分散性好,且抗老化性能突出的纳米ZrO_2粉体为目的,进行了溶胶-凝胶法,压力-热液法和超临界流体干燥法(SCFD)的实验,并考察了制备出的ZrO_2产物的抗团聚,以及抗老化性能。
