独奏独奏solo器乐演奏形式之一。一般指一件乐器的单独演奏，如二胡独奏、小提琴独奏、笛子独奏等。独奏多半用其他乐器(以键盘乐器为主)或乐队伴奏，管风琴、钢琴等键盘乐器或少数乐器（如竖琴、吉他、琵琶、古琴等）独奏则不用伴奏。有些常用伴奏的乐器也可不用伴奏，如J.S.巴赫的《无伴奏小提琴奏鸣曲》、N.帕格尼尼的《24首小提琴随想曲》等。独奏的外文一词含义较广。如在总谱中，除弦乐器各组规定由首席担任独奏片断外，其他乐器在某些段落中为突出声部作用，有时也标明为solo。L.van贝多芬《第四交响曲》柔板乐章中，第一单簧管独奏的第二主题就是这样。如需要突出若干声部，总谱便用solo的复数形式（soll或solos）来表示。这种情况，同独奏原义已有不同。
