双重价值条款（dual valuation clause） 船舶保险的一种特约条款。该条款规定了保险船舶有两种保险价值，并分别订明这两种价值的数额。这两种价值，一种用作发生全部损失（实际全损和推定全损）时作为处理赔案的依据；另一种用作发生全损以外的各种损失（包括部分损失和部分全损）时作为处理赔案的依据。之所以采用这一条款，其原因在于：因为船舶的价值一般都比较高，所以被保险人在投保时往往都希望减低保额、少付保费（因为大量的赔案都是部分损失和费用损失，所以保额虽低，但仍能获得基本保障）；相反，而保险人则希望保额足些，多收保费，这样就不至于因赔付部分损失和费用损失时影响自己的经济利益。为了解决这一矛盾，经被保险人和保险人双方协商，可在船舶保单中订明两种保险价值（双重价值），当发生全损时，保险人可以按低的保险价值赔付；当发生部分损失或部分全损时，保险人则按高的保险价值来赔付；而保险费则按全损险和综合险之间的折衷费率计收――以照顾保险人和被保险人双方之间的利益。
