米诺环素分子式:C23H27N3O7·HCl分子量:493.95CAS号:13614-98-7性质:黄色结晶性粉末。溶于水,遇光不稳定,味苦。其盐基[10118-90-8]为亮黄色无定形固体。制备方法:以6-去甲金霉素为原料,采用偶氮盐衍生物法或酯化法制得米诺环素。用途:抗菌素。抗菌谱、抗菌机理均与四环素相同,其抗菌作用显著强于金霉素、四环素、土霉素,也比多西霉素、美他环素强。金葡萄对该品不易产生耐药性。对四环素耐药的金葡萄、链球菌、大肠杆菌对该品可能敏感。
