气雾剂分子式：CAS号：性质：利用发射剂急骤气化时所产生的高速气流将液体分散、雾化成气溶胶式的一种耐压罐装剂型。耐压罐安有揿压喷嘴，使用时揿下，液雾即从喷嘴喷出。气雾剂按喷出物的性质和用途可分为空间气雾剂、表面气雾剂、泡沫气雾剂和粉末气雾剂；若按气雾剂中内容物的物相结构，可分为二相气雾剂和三相气雾剂。气雾剂由五部分组成：发（或抛）射剂、主剂、溶剂、助剂以及耐压容器。发射剂主要用来在容器内产生压力并将药液发射出去，同时也是药剂的溶剂或稀释剂，要求发射剂有较低的混点和较高的蒸气压、易挥发、有较大的气化速度，以便形成细微的雾滴；同时还要具有毒性低、不易燃烧、价格低廉等特点。常用的发射剂有氟利昂系列、氯化烃类、碳氢化合物类、醚类等。气雾剂成本较高，主要应用在宾馆、饭店、飞机、车船等公共场所和家庭用于卫生杀虫、杀菌消毒、食品灭菌保鲜、花卉用药以及花房温室等处。医用气雾剂用于呼吸道、皮肤黏膜或其他腔道的治疗，起局部或全身治疗作用。特点为：（1）药物分布均匀、起效快，药物直接到达作用部位；（2）装于密闭、不透光的容器中，避光、氧和水，不易被污染，保持其一定的稳定性；（3）控制剂量准确；（4）使用方便，可避免胃肠道不良反应。可分为溶液型、混悬型、泡沫型三种。按中国药典1990年附录要求进行泄漏和爆破检查以确保安全用。具有定量阀门的气雾剂尚需检查每瓶的装量、主药含量和喷雾剂量及喷次检查。
