龙葵碱分子式:C17H23NO3分子量:289.38CAS号:51-55-8性质:该品为无色长柱状晶体。熔点为118-119℃。1g晶体能溶于455ml水、2ml醇、27ml甘油、25ml醚和1ml氯仿,也溶于苯。能与多种无机或有机酸生成水溶性盐。阿托品属莨菪烷型生物碱,即D,L-莨菪碱,存在于颠茄、曼陀萝等茄科植物中。制备方法:可从茄科东莨菪属植物唐古特山莨菪或喜马拉雅山莨菪的根中提取,也可以人工合成得到。用途:阿托品是副交感神经抑制剂,可作眼科的扩瞳剂、泻药;可缓减干草热、伤风鼻阻和肠痉挛;可用于治疗小儿夜尿症,有时用于舒减输尿管和胆道痉挛;还可用于治疗有机磷引起的中毒,作为抗胆碱药,阿托品的多方面药理作用,不利于其临床应用。现已陆续合成了一些具有专一作用的代用品,例如作为扩瞳剂的后马托品。阿托品毒性较大,剂量过大时可引起视觉模糊、分泌闭止、血管扩张、高热、兴奋、激动和谵妄。它是吗啡、毛果芸香碱、毒扁豆碱等的拮抗剂。
