氟化氢  化学式HF。无色气体;熔点-83.1°C,沸点19.54°C,气体密度0.991克/升。在80°C以下,由于分子间存在氢键而成为缔合体(HF)n。无水氟化氢具有极强的酸性,只有100%的硫酸才能超过它。较不活泼,当有少量水汽存在时,就显示出较高的化学活性。液态氟化氢的介电常数很高,是一种优良的溶剂,能溶解许多无机和有机化合物。    在工业上和实验室里都用浓硫酸与萤石(见氟化钙)作用,制备无水氟化氢:       氟化氢主要用作氟化剂,以制取氟利昂、四氟乙烯。氟化氢对眼和呼吸系统有强烈的刺激作用,对牙也有破坏作用,吸入大量氟化氢会引起致命的肺水肿。液态氟化氢还会腐蚀皮肤,引起难以治愈的溃疡。    氟化氢的水溶液称氢氟酸,最高浓度可达70%,一般的氢氟酸的浓度为35.37%,是一种共沸混合物。氢氟酸的稀溶液是弱酸。氢氟酸能与二氧化硅或硅酸盐作用,生成挥发性的四氟化硅或氟硅酸:   SiO2+4HF─→SiF4+2H2O   SiF4+2HF─→H2SiF6因此,氢氟酸在分析化学中用于测定矿物或钢材的二氧化硅含量,还用作玻璃的侵蚀剂以刻蚀标记或花纹。由于氢氟酸的强腐蚀性,不能用玻璃器皿盛放氢氟酸,而要用铅或塑料制的容器。氢氟酸对皮肤会造成难以治愈的创伤,也会使骨骼中的钙沉淀。使用时应带胶皮手套。
