酚磺乙胺分子式:C10H17NO5S分子量:263.33CAS号:2624-44-4性质:白色结晶性粉末。熔点125℃(127-131℃)。易溶于水,溶于乙醇,微溶于丙酮,不溶于氯仿、乙醚。有引湿性,遇光易变质。无臭,味苦。制备方法:由二乙胺用二氧化硫成盐后与对苯二醌加成而得。将二乙胺、乙醇和水加入反应锅内,冷至0℃,通入二氧化硫至反应液pH=3.5-4为止,反应温度控制在10℃以下,得二乙胺亚硫酸盐溶液。然后,于0-10℃缓缓加入对苯二醌。加毕,减压回收乙醇,冷却结晶,过滤。结晶加蒸馏水加热溶解,用活性炭脱色精制,即得酚磺乙胺成品。用途:本品能增加血小板的数量、聚集性和粘附性,促使凝血活性物质从血小板中释放。也可加速血块收缩,缩短凝血时间,还可以增强毛细血管抵抗力,减低毛细血管通透性。用于手术前预防和治疗出血。也用于血小板功能不全引起出血或其他原因出血,如胃肠道出血、脑出血和泌尿道出血等。鼠静脉注射LD50为800-1350毫克/公斤。
