1,2-苯并芘分子式:分子量:CAS号:性状:常温下是黄色结晶。溶解情况:几乎不溶于水,可溶于苯、甲苯、环己烷,稍溶于乙醇、甲醇。用途:常作为环境中致癌多环芳烃污染指标物质。备注:一旦污染食物,冷水、热水、碱水都无法洗掉。在环境中广泛存在,有极强的致癌性。食物熏烤时会产生苯并[a]芘,一般烤肉中含量为0.17~0.63微克每千克;城市大气中冬季较高为0.6~104微克每千立方米,主要来自汽车排放,香烟烟雾中也存在。
