汉坦病毒肺综合征汉坦病毒肺综合征Hantanvirus pulonary syndrome 1993年在美国新墨西哥城首次报道一种新的疾病,发病早期似流感,数天内迅速进展为肺部症状,呼吸衰竭,并可早期致死。本病的病原已确定为一种新的汉坦病毒,不同于以前已知的汉坦病毒,故将上病定名为“汉坦病毒肺综合征”。新汉坦病毒是单股RNA病毒,有大、中、小(L、M、S)3个基因组片断,至少在近30%核苷酸排列顺序上与其他汉坦病毒不同。啮齿动物是其宿主及传染源,可经呼吸道、消化道及直接接触传播,该病毒主要侵犯肺,可引起严重肺水肿,胸腔大量浆液性渗出,特异IgG、IgM汉坦病毒抗体可以确诊此病。尚无疫苗用以预防。
