拮抗作用分子式:CAS号:性质:两药物联合应用后,可减弱或抵消其中一药或两药原来单独应用时所应有的效应。根据不同作用机理可分为:(1)药理性拮抗作用(pharmacological antagonism),两药作用于相同受体系统,一药为激动剂,另一药为拮抗剂。(2)生理性拮抗作用(physiological antagonism),两药作用于不同受体系统,且各自独立作用于不同效应器,为作用相反的两个激动剂的作用结果。(3)功能性拮抗作用(functional antagonism),同生理性拮抗,唯作用于相同效应器的结果。(4)化学性拮抗作用(chemical antagonism),为两激动剂自身相互作用而失活,又称中和性拮抗作用。
