亚胺硫磷分子式:C11H12NO4PS2分子量:317.32CAS号:732-11-6性质:白色结晶。熔点71.9℃,沸点以下分解。蒸气压(50℃)为1.33×10-4kPa。在25℃水中溶解度为25ppm,溶于丙酮、乙醇、苯、氯苯,在二甲苯中溶解度为10%-20%。遇碱或高温易分解。制备方法:由O,O-二甲基二硫代磷酸酯与氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺反应制得。中间体氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺的制法:将邻苯二甲酸与20%氨水缓慢加热,温度上升至110-120℃时有大量水分蒸发。反应物用热水处理,得白色结晶邻苯二甲酰亚胺,将其与12%甲醛水溶液加热回流反应2.5h,冷却、过滤、水洗、干燥,得羟甲基苯二甲酰亚胺,而后用30-36%盐酸在甲苯中氯化,在60℃保温2h,得氯甲基苯二甲酰亚胺。原料消耗定额:苯酐(99%)700kg/t、氨水(25%)420kg/t、甲醇(99.5%)350kg/t、甲醛(30%)500kg/t、盐酸(36%)1230kg/t、碳酸氢钠370kg/t、五硫化二磷560kg/t、苯200kg/t。用途:该品是有机磷杀虫、杀螨剂,用于防治水稻三化螟、棉红铃虫、棉红蜘蛛以及卫生害虫和家畜寄生虫。
