变形诱导析出变形诱导析出strain-induced precipitation  b ionxing youdao xiehU变形诱导析出(strain一indueed preeipitation) 钢中奥氏体因变形而诱发碳氮化合物加快析出的现象,是一种变形与析出之间关系的行为。通常情况下钢中的Nb、V、Ti等微量添加元素及其碳氮化合物随着钢被加热到高温而逐渐固溶到奥氏体之中,又随着钢的温度降低而逐渐析出。这一固溶与析出过程将遵守各自元素的溶解度积公式。然而,高温状态下的钢如果受到变形时,在变形的奥氏体晶粒中将生成大量的位错和亚结构。这些位错和亚结构晶界能够为上述碳氮化合物的析出提供有利的形核位置,促进了沉淀析出的发生,使第二相析出的动力学曲线向短时间方向(向左)大幅度移动,加快了析出过程,其析出规律不再遵守静态下的溶解度积公式,所以也叫做动态析出。 变形诱导析出的碳氮化合物将变形奥氏体中的位错和亚晶界钉扎,使位错和亚晶界很难移动,又使奥氏体再结晶动力学曲线大幅度地向长时间方向(向右)移动,对细化奥氏体晶粒十分有利。 采用控制轧制和控制冷却工艺生产微合金钢时,根据对钢材最终性能的要求,运用变形诱导相变行为,通过控制生产工艺参数来控制钢材在变形、冷却、卷取(堆冷)等过程中微量元素碳氮化合物的析出数量、颗粒大小和分布状态,以达到控制钢材的强度、韧性、塑性等指标的目的。因此,在制定微合金钢控制轧制、控制冷却工艺或形变热处理工艺时必须考虑到碳氮化合物变形诱导析出的影响。 变形诱导析出现象的发现与研究是从20世纪70年代以来人们在控制轧制工艺的研究与应用中开始的,中国则始于80年代。这一现象的提出将对人们了解与掌握形变热处理、控制轧制与控制冷却工艺中变形、析出、相变三者之间的有机联系,研制新的钢材品种、开发新的生产工艺提供有力的依据。
