溴化哌羟苯酯分子式:CAS号:性质:又名溴甲乙哌痉平,溴化哌羟苯酯。熔点179~180℃,溶于水。由N-乙基-3-氯六氢吡啶于苯酸作用制得。由甲基乙基丙酮析出结晶,本品为节后抗胆碱药,对胃蠕动的抑制作用比阿托品弱,对胃液分泌的抑制作用比阿托品强,用于胃及十二指肠溃疡、胃痛、胃酸过多、急慢性胃炎、幽门痉挛及小儿吐乳、呕吐等。制剂为片剂。
