白地霉分子式:CAS号:性质:半知菌亚门丝孢纲丝孢目丛梗孢科地霉属真菌一种。菌丝为有横隔的真菌丝,有的为二叉分枝。菌丝宽3~7μm。菌丝成熟后断裂成单个或成链、长筒形、末端钝圆的节孢子。节孢子大小为(4.9~7.6μm)×(5.4~16.6μm)。菌落呈平面扩散,生长快,扁平,乳白色,短绒状或近于粉状,有同心圈可放射线,有的呈中心突起。在液体培养时生白醭,毛绒状或粉状。在葡萄糖、甘露糖、果糖上能微弱发酵;有氧时能同化甘油、乙醇、山梨醇和甘露醇。能分解果胶和油脂。能同化多种有机氮源和尿素。广泛分布在烂菜、青贮饲料、泡菜、有机肥、动物粪便、各种乳制品和土壤等处。可用于处理发酵工业和食品加工业的有机废水并生产药用、食用或饲用单细胞蛋白。
