藻朊酸分子式:C6H8O6分子量:176.12CAS号:9005-32-7性质:白色至淡黄棕色粉末,熔点300℃。微溶于热水,不溶于冷水及有机溶剂,缓慢地溶于碱性溶液。无气味。制备方法:藻酸广泛存在于巨藻、海带、墨角藻和马尾藻等上百种褐藻的细胞壁中,多数以钙盐和镁盐的形式存在。制备藻酸的方法是将上述藻类用碳酸钠水溶液提取,然后用盐酸或氯化钙精制。工艺过程如下:将提取碘后的海带加入碳酸钠,加热至60-80℃,保温搅拌2h,使海带中藻酸钙形成钠盐而溶解于水。加入少量甲醛固定色素,以改善成品色泽。分取浸煮液,加水稀释。通过30目筛粗滤。并以乳化漂浮法去渣。再经100目筛精滤,得粗滤液。在精滤液中加入盐酸至pH=2,使海藻酸钠游离成藻酸呈凝胶状析出,加入5%氯化钙促使凝胶脱水。以压榨机压滤,使藻酸凝胶含水量在75%以下。用途:在医药工业用于制造盖胃平等药物,也用于片剂的赋形剂、崩解剂、粘合剂和稳定剂;在食品和化妆品中常用作稳定剂、增稠剂、乳化剂等。在应用时,一般加工成钠盐。
