污水灌溉卫生 研究污水灌溉对自然环境和人类健康的影响的一项环境卫生内容。城市污水中含有一定数量的氮、磷、钾等肥料成份,又能补充某些地区农业用水的不足。污水灌溉也是污水土地处理系统中的措施之一,利用土壤对有机物的自然净化能力使城市污水通过土壤的生物氧化作用而获得净化。但是城市污水是生活污水和工业废水的混合物,水质成份十分复杂,含有多种有毒有害化学物质和病原体,若不采取适当措施,将会给人体健康带来危害。 污水灌溉卫生问题有如下几个方面: ①污灌区农村生活环境和劳动环境的恶化。污水灌区一般卫生状况的恶化表现在流经村民居住区开放式污水渠,污浊有臭味的污水给当地居民带来不良的感官刺激。积留在沟渠和洼地里的污水,为蚊、蝇孳生创造条件,从而增加了吸血昆虫对居民的骚扰和媒介昆虫传播某些传染病的机会。但这些问题可通过加强卫生管理和基本设施的建设,如明渠改暗管、平整土地和建立卫生防护带等措施加以解决。此外,农民下田耕作时,可因接触污水而发生污水皮炎,需要注意采取个人卫生防护措施。 ②污水中有毒有害物质在食用农作物中残留。污灌田土壤对不能降解的重金属镉、汞、铅等和难降解的有机致癌物3,4-苯并(a)芘等,起到吸收蓄积作用,这些物质最终通过食物链对消费者的健康产生危害。因此,工业废水在灌前必须处理至符合灌溉水质标准时方可使用。 ③灌溉区饮用水水源的污染。污水渠道渗漏,污水超负荷灌溉而造成渗透,大气降水造成污水随地面迳流,这些都不可避免地造成当地地面水和浅层地下水的生物性污染,增加介水传播的肠道传染病流行的机会。因此,灌区居民的饮用水必须采用深层地下水和集中式给水,以保证饮水的安全和卫生。 ④污灌农作物的生物性污染。生活污水中的病原体细菌、病毒、寄生虫卵)经污灌而沾染在农作物上,人们生吃蔬菜后可感染肠道传染病或寄生虫病。禁止使用污水灌溉生吃蔬菜,是重要的预防措施。
