[概述]随着人们环保及健康意识的日益增强,粉体产品的应用越来越引起广大用户的关注。在欧美经济发达国家,对很多化学品尤其是有毒化学品的使用都要求造粒;在国内,诸多企业为了出口,将部分粉体产品造粒,以满足外商的需要。随着中国加入世贸组织(WTO),中国在各个领域将逐渐与国际接轨,化工领域当然不例外,所以粉体产品的造粒将越来越显重要。GZL系列干粉制粒机是我公司根据用户需要,在吸收国外先进粉体造粒技术的基础上精心研制开发的新型制粒设备,该设备能够将粉体原材料直接制成满足用户要求的颗粒状产品,其间无需添加任何中间体及添加剂,造粒后的产品粒度均匀,堆积密度显著提高,同时,可有效控制污染,减少粉料浪费。该机设计科学,结构紧凑,工艺过程简单,操作使用方便,是您粉体产品造粒的理想选择。[工作原理]粉状物料通过定量送料器被定量、均匀地加入轧片主料斗,使轧片主料斗内保持恒定的料位,然后由轧片主料斗内的纵向锥螺旋对粉料进行预压缩并输送至两只轧辊的弧形槽口;两只轧辊表面均匀分布形状相同的半扁圆形弧槽或圆坑,通过一对齿轮的啮合传动,使两只轧辊等速、反向旋转,将锥螺旋输送至槽口的物料带入槽内或圆坑内,并瞬间强制压缩,物料经压缩成形后承受的压力逐渐减小,在其弹力及重力作用下,从槽内或圆坑内脱落,进入破碎、整粒系统,然后根据用户的粒度要求过筛、分级,得到符合质量要求的均匀颗粒状产品。筛下粉重新返回定量加料器循环利用。
