卫生检验卫生检验 卫生检验对直接或间接被人类食用的食品，一切与人类有接触的商品，以及生产这些食品或商品的场地、设备、工器具、原料、辅料是否符合人类安全卫生的项目进行的全面检验和控制。随着科学技术的发展和人类生活水平的提高，对于商品的卫生质量和卫生条件要求也越来越高因此，一些国家对于进出口贸易中的商品，凡涉及安全卫生条件的，都以法律的形式作出了严格的限制和规定，把商品卫生检验列入强制性检验法规。列入强制性检验法规的商品.包括食品(各种动物产品、罐装食品、各种添加剂)，色素，儿童玩具及用品.化妆品及其辅料。 中国政府对于安全卫生工作十分重视，先后发布了《食品卫生法》、《商检法妙及其《实施条例》、《出口食品卫生管理办法》、《动植物检疫法*以及《贸易性动物产品出境检疫管理体制的通知》.并且明确规定:出口食品、贸易性动物产品由国家进出口商品检验部门进行检疫、检验及卫生监管，海关凭国家商检局证书放行。国家商检部门及其所属检验机构，在执行国家出口食品和贸易性动物产品检疫、检验的同时.还对出口食品加工厂、动物屠宰场(冷库、仓库)进行统一注册和卫生监督管理。对重点的出口食品生产企业，商检机构派出兽医、食品卫生检验人员驻厂.监督指导卫生检验工作.并领先在全国肉类、水产品、罐头等出口食品加工企业推户应用良好操作规范(GMP)和危害分析及关键点控制(HACCP).使出口食品的品质、规格和安全、卫生质量都有了显著的提高产品进入国际市场后，深受客户和消费者好评，产品质量信誉和企业经济效益得到了提高:依照中国法律、法规规定，一切出口食品以及有卫生要求的化妆品、儿童玩具和用品，都必须经过国家商检机构检验，未经检验或检验不合格的商品一律不准出口。只寸出口食品、动物产品进行卫生检验时.包括被检产品带病菌、病毒、寄生虫和有害物质、农药残留、兽药残留、抗生素、激素、各种添加剂和着色剂、防腐剂、产品变质和腐败，以及加工场地、工器具、操作卫生等卫生指标的检验和控制。儿童玩具、用品、化妆品，主要检验是否带有病虫害、致病性微生物、大肠杆菌和细菌数，以及汞、砷、铅、甲醇等有害物质。经商检机构检验合格的商品，按规定签发兽医卫生证书，必要时加贴商检标志。经检验合格的出口食品和动物产品，未在证书有效期内出口的，必须重新检验。对卫生检验不合格的商品，根据危害程度和商品特性以及用途不同，可以分别采取销毁、高温高压消毒、药物薰蒸或药剂喷洒灭菌(虫)等方法作无害化处理。
