磷酸邻三甲苯酯分子式:C21H21O4P分子量:368.36CAS号:78-30-8性质:无色或淡黄色透明油状液体。沸点410℃(部分分解),相对密度1.183(25/4℃)。易溶于醇、醚和苯,几乎不溶于水。工来上以混合甲酚为原料得到的磷酸三甲酚酯(异构体混合物),CA登录号为[1330-78-5]。凝固点-35℃;沸点265℃(1.33kPa)。制备方法:以邻甲酚(或混合甲酚)为原料,与三氯化磷混合,于40℃左右反应半小时,反应放出氯化氢而得到亚酯。通氯氧化,将亚酯转化为酰氯酯,然后于50℃左右滴水水解成为磷酸三甲酚酯,经中和洗涤、蒸发脱水、减压蒸馏,即获得成品。用途:该品为主增塑剂,有很好的阻燃性、防霉性、耐磨性,挥发性低、电气性能好。主要用于聚氯乙烯电缆料、人造革、动输带、薄板、地板料等,也可用于氯丁橡胶。在粘胶纤维中作增塑剂和防腐剂。该品有毒,对中枢神经有毒害作用,不可用于食品和医药包装材料、奶嘴、儿童玩具等。
