子宫内膜周期性变化子宫内膜周期性变化 子宫内膜的功能层在月经周期中随着卵巢内分泌的周期性变化而发生周期性变化,主要分为增生期、分泌期和月经期。在卵巢周期的卵泡期雌激素作用下,子宫内膜上皮与间质细胞呈增生状态,称增生期;至黄体形成后孕激素作用下,使子宫内膜呈分泌反应,称分泌期。当黄体萎缩,体内雌、孕激素水平下降,子宫内膜脱落出血,称月经期。子宫内膜组织学变化,实际上是连续的,在各期之间存在着相互交叉的关系。详见附图。
