防老剂DNPD分子式:C26H20N2 分子量:360.46CAS号:93-46-9性质:浅色亮片结晶。熔点<235℃,相对密度1.25。易溶于热苯胺、硝基苯;溶于热乙酸;微溶于丙酮、氯苯、苯、乙醇、乙醚;不溶于汽油、四氯化碳、水。长时间露光可逐渐变成暗灰色。制备方法:由对苯二胺与β-萘酚缩合而得。将对苯二胺和β-萘酚加入高压釜中,于260-265℃进行缩合反应。反应结束后,将反应产物加入酒精中回流,冷却,过滤,再用乙醇洗涤,干燥,粉碎即得成品。原料消耗(kg/t)对苯二胺 330β-萘酚 1100用途:主要用作橡胶、乳胶和塑料的抗氧剂。防老剂DNP既是链断裂抑制剂,又是金属络合剂,有优良的耐热老化、耐天然老化和抗铜、锰等有害金属的作用。在丁苯胶中有防紫外光的功能。对胶乳没有不安定作用,也没有使粘度增加的缺点。对噻唑类促进剂有明显的活化作用。适于掺加在天然胶,合成胶及其胶乳制品中。用于制造轮胎帘子线、电缆、弹性胶带及其他工业橡胶制品、胶乳制品(如医疗用品、橡皮膏)等。该品在胺类防老剂中是污染性最小的品种之一,但仍有遇光或遇氧化剂变红的缺点。防老剂DNP的用量为0.2-1份,超过2份会引起喷霜。该品可单独使用,也可与其他防老剂,如防老剂MB、防老剂DOD、防老剂RD等并用。与防老剂124并用特别适于泡沫胶乳制品。防老剂DNP可用作ABS、聚甲醛和聚酰胺类工程塑料的耐热防老剂,用量分别为0.5、0.5和0.3份。亦可用于氯化聚醚,用量1份。在氯化聚醚中与1份紫外线吸收剂UV-9并用,还可以起耐候作用。该品是胺类防老剂中毒性较小的品种。
