螺旋CT螺旋CT 影像诊断学术语。螺旋CT是在常规CT基础上发展起来的90年代最新CT扫描技术。扫描时检查床与病人等速通过CT机架,同时X线球管连续旋转曝光,在一个螺旋形空间内连续采集扫描数据,亦称为体积CT扫描。螺旋CT连续扫描不间断获取数据具有许多优点:扫描时间短暂,能在一次屏气状态下完成整个扫描过程,可避免小病变因呼吸性位置而遗漏;增强扫描中可更准确获取靶组织动脉期图像信息并可减少造影剂用量;可任选观察面(横断、冠状、矢状或斜位)成像,并可获得高质量的三维重建图像。螺旋CT的不足之处是:mAs的增加受到X线管热容量和探测器技术的限制;可产生螺旋伪影和血流伪影。
