细胞损伤(celldamage)细胞损伤(celldamage)辐射引起细胞的损伤效应,包括:细胞分裂延迟、细胞存活影响和细胞死亡。较小剂量辐照会引起细胞有丝分裂指数下降和细胞数目增加变慢等分裂延迟。细胞存活影响可分为亚致死损伤(SLD)和潜在性致死损伤(PLD)。前者是指能为细胞的修复体系所恢复的损伤;后者是指照射后采取特殊措施(如保温等)能够恢复的损伤。较大剂量辐射照会使细胞死亡。零点几到几个Gy的照射,会使细胞尚能维持其代谢,但已丧失分裂能力,即生殖死亡;辐射剂量在几十Gy以上,则细胞会不经过有丝分裂而直接死亡,即间期死亡。
