X光机一般是由X线球管、观察床、控制台和成像装置等四部分构成.X线球管一般为热阳极真空管,阴极电流可产生大盆电子,经过极间高压加速后扭击阳极钨靶,产生X线和大盆热t。后者通过阳极的高速旋转及导热性良好的阳极柄散发。观察床用于使被观察者处于特定的位!和姿态。控制台用来控制X线球管的电压和电流,以控制X线的穿透力和放射t.极间电压越高,X线波长越短,穿透能力也就越强,阴极电流越大,则电子数目增多,产生的X线也就多。另外,控制台还可控制观察床的空间位盆、曝光时间等。透视装工的成像装置为可移动的荧光屏,用来观察不同部位。目前许多透视机上增加了影像增强器和电视系统以提高成像质量。 诊断用X射线机正在向胃肠检查床、儿科诊断床、乳腺摄片机、心血管诊断床等专业化方向发展。
