肠道菌群肠道菌群intestinal bacterial flora 正常肠道中寄居着大量厌氧和兼性需氧细菌共生群体。每千克粪中有1011~12个细菌,其中90%以上为厌氧菌。厌氧菌以类杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌为主,含菌数量大。兼性需氧菌以大肠杆菌和肠球菌为主,仅占1%。肠道上部细菌少,下端细菌多。正常肠道菌群之间互相适应、互相依赖、互相制约,维持相对动态平衡,并且有合成维生素,促进宿主生长发育,直接或间接参与三大代谢和防御功能。
