生物力学相容性分子式:CAS号:性质:生物医学材料和所处部位的生物组织的弹性形变相匹配的性质。修复体在体内所承受的应力,通过材料-组织界面进行传递,如果两者在应力作用下发生的弹性形变不匹配,将使植入体松动而导致植入失败。另外,力学相容性还决定于组织-界面的性质和所承受的负荷的大小。化学键结合的界面,其承受和传递应力的性质要优于形态结合的界面。在不承受或仅承受很小的负荷下,绝大多数生物医学材料都是能满足力学相容的,反之则对力学相容性的要求应予以重视。例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲醛、聚碳酸酯、聚砜和环氧树脂等都是力学相容性好的材料。
