李斯特氏菌病 由单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌 (Listeria monocyto-genes)引起的一种散发性传染病。至少有37种哺乳类动物和17种鸟类可被感染。该菌至少可分为16个血清型或亚型。家畜以绵羊、猪、家兔较多发生,牛、山羊次之,马、犬、猫发生较少。家禽以鸡、火鸡、鹅发生较多,鸭较少,鸽有抵抗力。啮齿动物和一些野生动物常为自然界中的贮存宿主,从寄生的蜱也可分离出这种细菌。发病和带菌动物是本病的传染源。病原菌通过消化道、呼吸道、眼结膜以及受损伤的皮肤等途径而传播。用稻草作青贮喂猪,易发生此病,故有"青贮病"之称。潜伏期2~3周,有的只有数天。症状不一:一般幼龄动物以败血症为主;年龄较大的则多呈现脑炎症状,病畜转圈,又称"转圈病";成年动物症状多不明显;妊娠动物常发生流产。死于本病的动物一般没有特殊的肉眼可见病变。有神经症状的病畜,其脑膜和脑有炎症,血管周围有以单核细胞为主的细胞浸润。肝可能有小坏死灶,流产母畜子宫内膜和胎盘有充血以至广泛坏死。病禽的心肌和肝脏有大小坏死灶。确诊须用实验室诊断方法,如微生物学试验和血清学试验等。病的初期可试用较大剂量抗生素或磺胺类药物治疗。 人可感染此病,症状不一,以脑膜炎为多见;从事与病畜、禽有关的工作人员应注意防护。
